Available from the Design tab and the Address Book tab, select File > Preferences to display the Preferences & Options dialog box that allows you to customize DAZzle in any of the following categories:
General: Includes options for saving data, file locations and general behavior.
View: Includes options for the appearance of your envelope and display options, for example: grid and ruler.
DDE: Includes options for integrating DAZzle with other applications.
Clipboard: Includes options that control DAZzle’s monitoring and use of the Clipboard.
PIMs: Includes options for using a PIM or Contact Manager with DAZzle. The options include the selection of the PIM (Personal Information Manager) fields DAZzle will use.
Address Book: Includes options for the Address Book.
Address Verification: Includes options for verifying addresses and adding ZIP Codes.
Warnings: Specify whether to display a warning message about duplicate addresses.
